  2. But before exercise, why the obesity never stop?
    Calorie? Oil? Carbohydrate? Exercise?  The deepest reason is that our body have been numbed with eating and bathing lots of chemicals, so the metablism have been stop digesting any more foods, and the foods have been piled up around our waist, hip, and whole boday.

  3. Hard exercise generates lots of active oxygen to shorten our life, so do only easy walk, or dance like below.
