  1. IDEA:
    Blend everything you see in your kitchen, a total nutrient liquid food.

    1. Fully nutritional:
      With all the major nutrients group.
       

    2. Simple, Fast, and Easy:
      Perfect for our busy morning.
       

    3. Cleaning, Detoxing:
      Use anything in the kitchen, including left over, so it cleans the refrigerator, your blood, heart, brain and intestine.

       

  2. INGREDIENTS:
    Whatever you find in your refrigerator, pantry, or garden would be ok.

    1. Proteins:
      Nuts: (Almond, Cashew, Walnut, Pecan, Chestnuts, Pine tree nuts, Pumpkin nuts, etc.)
      Seeds: (Sesame, Any seed in fruits, etc.)
      Beans: (Red Bean, etc.)
      Beverages: (Soy milk, Rice milk, all kinds of nuts milk.)
      Grains: (Left over Rice, any wild grains like Amaranth, Millet, Buck wheat, etc.)
       

    2. Carbohydrates:
      Left over Rice, Sweet Potato, Yam, Cockles, etc.
       

    3. Oils:
      Nuts, Seeds, Soy milk, etc.. mentioned above.
       

    4. Fruits:
      Purple: (Grape, Prune, Blueberry, etc.)
      Green: (Kiwi, etc.)
      Red: (Water Melon, Strawberry, Raspberry, etc.)
      Orange: (Orange, etc.)
      Yellow: (Lemon, Lime, Peach, etc.)
      White: (Apple, Banana, White Peach, Coconuts, etc.)
       

    5. Vegetables:
      Purple: (Beet, etc.)
      Green: (Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Broccoli, etc.)
      Red: (Tomato, etc, etc.)
      Orange: (Carrot, etc.)
      Yellow: (Pumpkin, Lime, etc.)
      White: (Daikon, Sprouts, etc, etc.)
       

    6. Herbs:
      Mints, Parsley, Cardamom, Cinnamon, etc.
       

    7. Fibers:
      Konbu Seaweed after taken out the soup stock, brown rice, Vegetables, Fruits, etc.
       

    8. Enzymes (Raw food):
      Lots of raw Vegetables and Fruits.
       

    9. Foods for Bacterias:
      Origo sugar, Sweat potato, Amazake, Other fiber rich foods, etc..
      More than 90% of bacteria in our colon is Bifid bacteria.  So, it sounds tempting to add yogurt, but daily products have some health problems, and Bifid bacteria dies with the stomach acid and hardly reaches to our colon anyway. 
      Instead eating the Bifid bacteria itself, you can feed the Bifid bacteria residing in your colon with their favorite foods like Origo sugar, sweat potato, and any other fiber rich foods.
       

    10. Energy: (Don't take Red Bulls, Monster, etc., Full of Chemicals and Sugars)
      Tea leaves, Coffee left over, Cocoa, Chocolate, Ice Cream (? Life needs fun sometimes), Ginger, Korean carrot, Black Pepper, etc.

       Don't forget to neutralize it by taking seasonal food, and whatever opposite to your body condition.
       

  3. NOTE:

    1. Organic: (No chemicals) 
      You can grow at least Green leaves in pods or back yard easily.  
      Recently, even the Costco has started carrying organic salad mix and carrots.  The information came from my smoothie club chief John, thank you John, without your suggestion, I would never bother visiting the Costco vegetable section (^^).
       

    2. Macrobiotic:
      Eat whole thing, skin, leaves, s
      eeds, stem, root, too.
       

    3. Peace:
      Gathering so many different kinds of foods, there are some foods don't get along each other just like human society does.
      For example, carrots and cucumbers damage vitamin C of Lemons, Daikon, etc., in that case we can solve the issue by boiling the carrot a little, or soaking the cucumber in vinegar to weaken their enzymes.
       

    4. Simple for everyday:
      Simple and being able to continue everyday is important.
      I had tried using juicers, but you never be able to continue using that.  The washing is just too much work.  Nobody can do it everyday.  Juicer also waste contents.  Shopping for the material cost a lot and heavy to carry back home.
       

    5. Don't get Oxidized:
      Running motor too long homogenize too much, and get oxidized faster, so stop while the foods are still solid.
      Drink right after made, oxidation progress in seconds.  No storage.
       

    6. You want to bite?:
      Chop only short time.  Lots of biting job is there. Longer chopping generates heat with friction anyway.
       

    7. Freshess:
      Check the condition of material before mixing.   One small imperfection ruins whole drink.  Not freash one has no nutrition anyway.

       

  4. CONCLUSION:

    1. Don't take it seriously:
      No need lining up everything above, If you change your mind and want to eat the material before chopping, you can eat it, covering as many nutrient groups is the key.
       

    2. Delicious and Fun:
      Every morning I and my wife are looking forward to wake up and make the smoothie. 
       

    3. Not get boring:

    4. No more obesity:
      Even the skinniest person has unhealthy extra fats like the ones around our organs, and this smoothie takes out all extra fats,
      resulting feeling light, clearing brain, and enjoying life.
